1 Agreement to Terms & Platform Scope

By registering for, accessing, or utilizing DirectResan ("the Service", "we", "our"), hosted at directresan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2 Meta Platform & Instagram API Compliance

Merchants connecting Instagram Business accounts via DirectResan agree to comply with all Meta Developer Policies and Commercial Terms:

All automated responses must directly relate to inbound inquiries or user interactions initiated by customers.
Using automated tools for unsolicited commercial bulk messaging (spam) or harassment is strictly prohibited.
Merchants agree to safeguard user data received through Instagram Graph APIs and respect customer privacy preferences.

3 Financial Transactions & Invoicing

DirectResan facilitates rapid invoicing and technical checkout links. Merchants are solely responsible for:

Fulfilling and shipping purchased items accurately and on schedule.

Honoring consumer returns and refund requests under applicable e-commerce regulations.

4 Bank SMS Forwarder & Anti-Fraud Verification

Our automated bank SMS notification matcher is an operational assistance tool to detect deposit settlements. Merchants maintain final responsibility for auditing account statements and maintaining security over their connected devices.

5 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription plans (including Unlimited VIP, SMS Auto-Verification, and AI Story Maker) are billed according to published tiers. Merchants may cancel recurring renewals anytime from the account settings dashboard.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta Platform Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, distribute unauthorized materials, or attempt to compromise platform infrastructure.
